Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order are dependent on your location and will be calculated and displayed through the checkout process. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Your order may be subject to your country's local taxes, customs, duties, tariffs, or similar. These are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Littlest Dog Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer. 

Checking the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. The shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thelittlestdogshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some shipping carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If there is a problem with your order that you believe is related to your P.O. Box mailing address, please contact us at support@thelittlestdogshop.com.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
